Steve Stolee and James Botsford grew up together in Grand Forks, North Dakota which happened at the time to be the center of the universe. They occasionally intersected, overlapped, collaborated, and dissipated as they wandered through the subsequent decades hither and yon, having now settled mostly in Washington and Wisconsin.
